Monthly on a Tuesday (except July and August) Taizé service
What is Taizé? Taizé at St. Luke’s is an hour of meditation and prayer, using the simple contemplative, chant-like music of the Taizé community in France. Readings, together with periods of silence, encourage people to pray in their own ways in an atmosphere of calm and acceptance. Taizé is a quiet evening held in the candle-lit sanctuary of St. Luke’s every month on a Tuesday, often at 7:00 PM. Come experience this peaceful hour of music, readings, reflective meditation and prayer to soothe the soul.
