On Easter our Alleluias return and we enter a season of celebration. And so, on Monday, April 13 at 5:00pm, we will use Wini Carter’s 101st Birthday as a brilliant reason for a PARTY! Join us at 5:00pm on Monday, April 13 and subsequent Mondays for St. Luke’s Easter Happy Hour; bring cupcakes or a glass of wine—or even healthy veggies and dip. It’s time to shed Lenten disciplines and say, “Alleluia! Let us keep the feast! Alleluia!”
Also, new during Eastertide, suggest titles and be part of St. Luke’s Weekly Watch beginning Tuesday, April 14 at 7:00pm. The Clergy and Staff will gather your suggestions of “videos/ movies/TV shows people should see”, and we’ll invite our community to watch one per week for a conversation about the show on a Tuesday evening. Just beware, if we choose your suggestion, we’ll ask you to lead the conversation.
During these very uncertain times we understand that, even as our doors are shut for a time, our beloved community still has physical and spiritual needs. We have created this document as a way of pairing people with needs to those who are able to fulfill these needs. We have aparish mutual assistance formso that we can help one another meet short term needs.
